Our Safety Philosophy

Responsibility
Managers and supervisors at Inovi are personally responsible for the health and safety of all employees and contractors under their control, as well as the implementation of our OHS & Risk Management System.
Commitment
To implement management strategies and systems that promote Occupational Health, Safety and Rehabilitation for its employees, contractors and visitors.
Team Effort
We understand that safety is a team effort. We involve all employees, at all levels, within groups and ensure the team is continually backed by adequate and necessary training.
Safe Site Committees
Inovi endorses consultation through the implementation of Site Safety Work Groups, of formal Workplace Safety Committees on site to achieve safe sites.
Risk Management System
Hazard identification, risk assessment and the implementation and maintenance of risk controls and ongoing evaluation of systems are all part of our OHS & Risk Management System.
