At 15 Berry St Clyde, we delivered a 1,500m² office make good with new compliant amenities and two high-spec kitchens, upgraded nearly 10,000m² of warehouse space with fire separation and skylights, and completed external civil works for new sprinkler boosters and hydrant mains.

We designed and fitted Lowa Lighting's commercial kitchen as per the client's unique requirements, allowing for casual and formal dining onsite. Catering to their needs, the kitchen is equipped with a commercial-grade cooktop, exhaust, refrigeration for the onsite chef and a professional coffee making station for daily use.

For our personal commercial office, we conducted a premium fit out across 2 levels which were redesigned as part of Inovi's new creative branding project. This included office workstations, shared meeting space, flexible collaboration areas and break out rooms.

For the Diocese of Parramatta, our team completed a commercial office fit out including custom made joinery, server room, access control, lift upgrade, amenities and general office fittings across four levels of the building, covering 2,650m2.

We redeveloped G8 Education Limited's Chatswood childcare centre, building a 5 storey facility suiting 162 children. The façade was maintained and a new structure built on the 3 remaining boundaries, plus excavation to create a ground-floor slab, mezzanine, lift shaft, fire stairs & play area.
